 we ever did milk powder flip cap for customers for export use.
we did this mould with 1 cavity,mould size with 550*400*450mm .
the mould life quoted with 1M.
the mould cycle time with 20S.
hot runner use our own hot runner with 2 tips to maker sure injection balance.
the ejector way is used plate to avoid the cap be out of shape.
The products inserts steel used is Stavax Est from Assab,after adjustment, the hardness is HRC45-52.
